01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and vb8bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the vb8bd website, including sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and all associated wallet and payment services.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any portion of the vb8bd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 02 Eligibility

vb8bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to vb8bd's satisfaction may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) vb8bd account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited. vb8bd employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, vb8bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all associated wagers and balances.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. vb8bd may require re-verification if discrepancies are identified between your registered information and documentation submitted for withdrawal purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vb8bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify vb8bd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vb8bd may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the time of first withdrawal request. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address documents may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by vb8bd may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vb8bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily cumulative limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. vb8bd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the vb8bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. vb8bd does not conduct transactions in any other currency. Players depositing via international card networks (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee if the issuing bank is not a Bangladeshi institution — this fee, if any, is charged by the card issuer and is not within vb8bd's control.

4.5 Verification of Funds

vb8bd reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any deposit or withdrawal. In the event that a transaction triggers an AML review, processing may be delayed until the review is complete. You may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in such cases. vb8bd will communicate directly with you via your registered contact details if such documentation is required.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the vb8bd platform following placement. In the event of a technical failure or communication interruption during bet placement, vb8bd's system records shall be the definitive source of record for determining whether a bet was accepted. vb8bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a system error, data feed error, or human input error.

5.2 Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to delays between the occurrence of an event and the updating of odds. vb8bd reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to void bets placed on events that had already concluded at the time of bet placement due to data feed delay. It is your responsibility to be aware of the current state of play before placing a live wager.

5.3 Settled Markets

Once a market has been settled and winnings credited to your vb8bd wallet, the settlement is considered final unless vb8bd subsequently identifies a manifest error or receives an amended official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing council, FIFA). In cases of amended official results, vb8bd reserves the right to re-settle affected markets according to the corrected outcome.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per single bet and per event are subject to limits which are displayed within the applicable betting market prior to placement. vb8bd reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts where evidence of arbitrage, system exploitation, or other prohibited activity is identified.

06 Casino & Games

The vb8bd Casino section includes live dealer table games, RNG (random number generator) table games, slot titles, and specialty game formats supplied by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to all casino and game products:

• All RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. vb8bd does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the supplying studio and may be referenced in the individual game information panel.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

vb8bd may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds requirements, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

vb8bd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional award where evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. 7.4 Promotional Calendar

08 Responsible Gaming

vb8bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. The following tools are available to every account holder free of charge and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon application. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

09 Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug or error are void and will be deducted from your account balance.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with markets offered on vb8bd.
• Using the vb8bd platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live poker or other card games where collusion would constitute cheating.

10 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the vb8bd platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface designs, software code, game assets, and data compilations, is the property of vb8bd or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. No content from the vb8bd platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of vb8bd.

The vb8bd name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks. Any unauthorised use of vb8bd's brand identifiers — including the creation of lookalike websites, phishing domains, or impersonation accounts — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through available legal remedies.

Game content supplied by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. vb8bd operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb8bd's total aggregate liability to any account holder in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vb8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

vb8bd does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. vb8bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vb8bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, vb8bd will provide notice to account holders via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform. The effective date of any revision will be published at the top of the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the vb8bd platform following publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting vb8bd customer support.

vb8bd may also publish supplementary rules specific to individual products (sports betting rules, casino game rules, specific tournament rules) that apply in addition to these General Terms. Such supplementary rules will be accessible from within the relevant product section of the platform.
